Krasnoyarsk cuisine (yum!)

Thanks to Ira's wonderful mother for cooking and sharing so much food with us...I have so far been VERY impressed by Russian food! (or maybe let's just face it, "American" food is kinda inferior to that of most countries...)
Slava & I at the breakfast table.
Aladi (sp?): traditional Russian pancake type-dish.

Borscht, cabbage, & Russian pizza!

Seourneek (sp?) another type of pancakes, made with curds. And of course brusnika, traditional berry that only grows in Siberia I think! (tastes kind of like cranberries, but smaller & sweeter).
