Krasnoyarsk (Russian: Красноярск, IPA [krəsnɐˈjarsk]) a city on the Yenisei River in central Russia. It is the capital (administrative center) of Krasnoyarsk Krai and the third largest city in Siberia with population of 948,500 (2009 est)[8]. Krasnoyarsk is an important junction of the Trans-Siberian Railway and one of Russia's largest producers of aluminium.
Saint Petersburg (Russian: 
Founded by Tsar Peter I of Russia on 27 May, 1703, it was the capital of the Russian Empire for more than two hundred years (1713–1728, 1732–1918).
